What You'll Do:
As a Welder, you will:
- MIG and TIG Welding: Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials to produce high-quality welds.
- Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret and follow blueprints to ensure precision.
- Weld Inspection Success: Complete projects with a 98% success rate on weld inspections.
- Cross-Training: Gain skills in different trades, enhancing your expertise and versatility.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience required.
- Weld Test: Ability to pass an initial weld test.
- Fabrication Skills: 1-2 years of experience with fabrication and manufacturing equipment.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean MVR.
Bonus Skills:
- Brake Press Operations: Familiarity with brake press equipment is a plus.
- CNC Mill Machining: Experience in CNC mill machining is a great asset.
Highlights:
