A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to loan officers.



Key Responsibilities

Assist loan officers with the mortgage application process, including documentation gathering and paperwork completion
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders to facilitate the loan process
Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness


Required Qualifications

Must reside in CST, EST, or MST time zones and work on Eastern Time schedule
Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
