Job Duties and Responsibilities The Boost Mobile Local Marketing team is seeking an ambitious, energetic and results-oriented leader to serve as the Regional Marketing Manager. This is a managerial role, responsible for strategizing & overseeing localized marketing strategies in multiple markets. This individual will be responsible for understanding current performance of Boost Mobile, manage budget and marketing performance of investment and ultimately drive growth via unique localized acquisition and retention strategies. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership often. This role is for the Great Lakes, Ohio, Pittsburgh, and Denver geographies (and is subject to change). He/She/They will blend innovative marketing strategies to ultimately grow the channel and drive activation goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute local marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive customer growth
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence and community impact
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategies
- Oversee local marketing budgets and track campaign performance, optimizing ROI and meeting KPIs
- Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)
- 7+ years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience
- MBA a plus
