- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure product reliability and performance meet industry standards.
- Conduct hands-on testing using a variety of laboratory equipment, including signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools using Python, C, and shell scripting to streamline testing processes.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile development environment, integrating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices into testing routines.
- Participate in all phases of product testing from initial development to final quality assurance before market launch.
- Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed reports that inform engineering adjustments.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with FCC, CE, and other relevant standards.Skill Set:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing wireless communication products, covering at least two product development cycles.
- Deep understanding of wireless systems such as DECT, WiFi, and Cellular Technologies.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced lab testing equipment to measure and evaluate complex wireless systems.
- Expertise in programming with Python, C, and shell scripting to develop automated testing tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, emphasizing efficiency and iterative development.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in telecommunications.Preferred Skill Set:
