- Assist in the development and ongoing review of detailed financial models to enable corporate planning and budgeting
- Compile internal and external presentations, including investor presentations, quarterly and YE earnings releases and presentations, board materials and regular internal reviews
- Prepare variance reports, comparing budget expectations to actual results and consensus
- Run financial models to analyze impacts of various operational and financial sensitivity cases
- Capital markets evaluation and execution
- Assist in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by developing corporate merger models, analyzing optimal financing structures and conducting accretion / dilution analysisQualifications:
