A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Financial Services/Financial Institutions.



Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze complex partnership and corporate tax returns for Financial Institution clients
Serve as the Tax client service coordinator and advise clients on tax services
Assist with new business development and manage client needs with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in business taxation, preferably with a large accounting firm
Active CPA, JD/LLM, or EA certification
Prior tax compliance and consulting experience with Financial Institution clients
