Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customized training programs aligned with strategic goals, ensuring continuous improvement
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the CareConnect curriculum, ensuring it meets organizational objectives
Handle end-user requests and incidents efficiently, maintaining documentation and collaborating with IT teams for process refinement



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Education, Health Information Management, or a related field
8 years of relevant experience
Master's Degree in a healthcare field, education, computer science, business, or related field is preferred
Project management certification and Clinical/Hospital Operations experience are desirable
