Job Description US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED#LI-KB1As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational change initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and activities to ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization. Projects will most commonly fall into areas associated with implementing and adopting new ways of working associated with business process or policy changes and implementation of new technologies. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, leadership, and influencing skills to guide the business through complex transitions and enable achievement of change initiative desired outcomes.The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.What You'll Do: - Develop change management tools and resources for sector-wide use.
- Collaborate with various SMS business units to develop and execute strategies that support change implementation and adoption.
- Create detailed change plans with activities, timelines, and resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impact, create clear communication materials, and build networks for information sharing and engagement.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Create tailored training products and resources to support change adoption.
- Coach managers to lead teams through change effectively.
- Establish metrics and measurement plans to assess change success.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary. On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education.
- Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of stakeholder groups at one time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
