Key Responsibilities

Manage UX research recruiting, including participant scheduling and communication
Build and manage surveys and unmoderated tests with internal stakeholders
Analyze processes across content, design, and research to identify improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in user research coordination, project management, or related roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute project plans
Experience managing contractor budgets and timely invoice submissions
