A company is looking for a Member/Volunteer Support Coordinator to provide customer service and administrative support for volunteer activities.



Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain knowledge of Therapy Animal Program standards to communicate effectively with volunteers
Manage inquiries from volunteers and maintain service level agreements for response and registration processing
Provide technical support for various systems and maintain accurate volunteer records


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree preferred, with two years of relevant administrative or customer service experience
Intermediate knowledge of PC operation and software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with CRM database systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred
Basic knowledge of both PC and Macintosh operating systems
