  Job Details
  • Melissa Memorial Hospital is looking for someone to join our team as a Radiology Technologist.
  • The ideal candidate provides high quality imaging procedures to our patients, consistent with the quality and expectations required of all Radiology Technologists.

  • They will review requisitions and exam forms to determine the type of exam that is required for each patient.
  • They must be able to think critically in order to determine how to accurately position patients while determining exposure factors in order to obtain a high-quality image.
  • The Radiology Technologist will also perform standard Radiographic exams with the use of a Digital Radiography and C-Arm.
  • Willingness to enter the On-Call rotation once fully acclimated to General Radiology, CT.
    Job Requirements
    • Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
    • Must be a Registered Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist R.T.(R) (ARRT) in good standing.
    • Current CPR certification is required.
    • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) and/or MRI (MR) is preferred but not required.
    • Must be willing to cross train into CT as well as become ARRT CT certified with 1 year of employment.
      Schedule Information
