Key Responsibilities

Assist students with course registration and ensure understanding of degree requirements
Advocate for student needs to promote successful enrollment and completion of educational goals
Monitor student progress and identify at-risk scenarios to implement academic success strategies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
1+ year of experience in higher education required
Mandatory work hours: Tuesday-Friday 11AM-8PM CST and Saturday 8AM-5PM CST
1+ years of customer service or academic advising experience required
