Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

1-3 years in a customer experience-related role, preferably in e-commerce or startup
Proficient with platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Demonstrated positive approach toward customers and a passion for problem-solving
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on various tasks
