Elevator Pitch: Symbridge is a fully funded, innovative, early stage FinTech company building a cryptocurrency exchange tailored to institutional investors and professional traders. They are an ecosystem for trading in asset-backed tokens and cryptocurrencies. Location: Greenwich, CT (can be remote) Salary: $140K-$180K Bonus: 15% KPI based 401K Match: Yes Benefits: Generous medical benefits coverage Competitive and appealing compensation and PTO Position Summary: You will report to the CTO and interact with stakeholders across all technology teams including the firm's Technology, Compliance, DevOps, QA, and Operations Teams. You will be responsible for helping design, build, monitor, and maintain security cloud infrastructure through the use of cutting-edge security tooling and process solutions. You will help to ensure data security and integrity across all cloud and on-prem platforms, constantly evolving the firm's security program. Requirements: 4+ years of experience with GCP Security, or on-prem equivalent (AWS & Azure optional) High-level understanding of security risks as they apply to cloud solutions Hands-on experience managing and maintaining WAFs, firewalls, and load balancers Experience working with DevOps and SRE Teams Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures and cloud administration Nice to Haves: GCP Security Certificate; CISSP or equivalent preferred FinTech industry experience Cryptocurrency knowledge Knowledge of blockchain technologies and fault-tolerant protocols
