Key Responsibilities

Oversee administration and operations of outpatient lab services
Supervise staff including Patient Service Representatives and couriers
Ensure accurate processing and handling of outpatient lab specimens


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience
Licensure as MA-P
Three years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Experience with Epic registration and lab functions preferred
