Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is actively hiring Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist, Radiographer), to join one of the largest medical practices in New England with multiple locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. We consist of a team of professionals ranging from Medical Assistants to Physician Assistants and everything in between. Job Description
The -Radiologic Technologist -(X-Ray Technologist, Radiographer) -operates equipment and performs Radiologic procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast medias to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on patients to assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment. - -The -Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist, Radiographer) -diagnostic radiography studies by following established protocols and selecting correct exposure factors performs. The -Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist, Radiographer) -utilizes the assessment of patient age and diagnosis to produce a technically excellent radiograph to assist the radiologist in the diagnosisQualifications Education:

Graduate AMA approved Radiologic Tech program preferred

Licensure:

Current CT Radiographer License required
CPR validation within 3 months of hire
