This role drives projects from concept through launch, managing timelines, resources, and customer relationships. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

• NPI Leadership: Guide new products from concept through successful launch
• Project Planning: Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources
• Customer Management: Serve as primary liaison for project communications
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams through development phases
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Process Development: Establish and optimize manufacturing processesQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 5 years program management experience
  • Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • PMP certification a plusTechnical Expertise:
    • New product development
    • Project management methodologies
    • Manufacturing process optimization
