We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Project Manager to sit in our clients Norwalk office and oversee mechanical projects from start to finish. • Manage all phases of MEP projects, from planning and design to execution and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to align on project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Address and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support successful project outcomes.Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects, with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
