What you'll need to succeed as an Executive Administrative Assistant at XPOMinimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 or more years of experience supporting a senior executive
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other related software as needed
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with event planning logistics
- Comfortable with learning new software and online tools Preferred qualifications:
- An eye for detail, conscientiousness and thoroughness when completing work
- Highly organized work style
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Due to the critical nature of this role, this position is required to be in the office 5 days per week at our Greenwich, CT corporate location
- Serve as the executive assistant to the global chief human resources officer
- Offer additional support to other senior executives as needed
- Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize important deliverables
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations
- Complete expense reports, invoicing and external billing for suppliers
- Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with others to organize various team events
- Lead various engagement activities for the corporate office
