Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Stamford, CT
Hybrid: Predominantly remote with requirement to go into the Stamford office a few times per month
Compensation range: Up to $124k base salary plus bonus

The firm is looking for an HR Business Partner to support a business unit in their Stamford office. The role will function as a true strategic partner to their business, working in a center of excellence model, to support with:

• Employee relations
  
• Recruitment and employee retention
  
• Workforce planning and organizational development
  
• Succession planning
  
• Compensation and benefits
  
• Improving people processes
  
  The team is looking for someone who is strategic and proactive rather than reactive and is comfortable leaning in with executives to influence the business. This is a great opportunity to make an impact, work on projects, innovate, and drive change!
  Key requirements:
  
  
  
  • 4 - 10 years' experience within HR
    
  • Must have worked within a center of excellence model
    
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and high-growth environment
    
  • Experience working within a financial or professional services firm
    
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
    
  • Must be based within a 50-mile radius of Stamford, CT
