You will support program needs to manage the planning for, and requirements, execution, and on-time delivery of compliant Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items. Ensure all stakeholders are in sync with program needs and executing successfully to a plan. Eliminate surprises using dashboards or reports that highlight what's coming and can produce accurate status and metrics on demand.What You Will Do - Supporting Data Management needs including cost estimating during the bid and proposal process
- Review contract data requirements and assist in establishing data schedules in accordance with requirements
- Identify format and submittal requirements for program deliverables
- Manage contract data item template creation when needed
- Manage the information in the CDRL Database - Ongoing tracking of data schedules
- Reminders to Authors to ensure on-time readiness
- Facilitate the peer review and document release process for all contract data items
- Package contract data items for on-time submissions (physical or electronic) and submit (if not done by contract administrators)
- Trigger invoicing as required
- Maintain program metrics and reporting on contract data items
- Manage customer portal when needed
- Act as liaison between functional groupsEducation & Experience Requirements
