We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help drive our strategic HR initiatives.Job Description:As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our Business Units (BUs), providing a broad range of HR consultation, solutions, and services. You will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and driving peak performance by collaborating with leadership to implement effective HR strategies.Key Responsibilities: - Employee Relations:Act as the primary point of contact for managers and associates, addressing concerns in a timely manner. Conduct thorough investigations and make recommendations based on findings. Collaborate with HR leadership and inside counsel to address complex issues.
- Recruitment & Retention:Partner with the Recruiting team to attract and retain top talent. Implement strategies to ensure a deliberate approach to talent acquisition from both internal and external sources.
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Development:Develop and revise role profiles to align with business needs. Collaborate with BU finance partners to ensure alignment with financial budgets. Lead organizational changes to meet current and future requirements.
- Succession Planning:Support leadership in preparing for talent review sessions. Participate in BU talent reviews to identify top talent and succession strategies. Implement retention strategies to minimize attrition in critical roles.
- Compensation & Benefits:Lead the annual salary, bonus, and equity planning process. Provide compensation analyses and recommend market adjustments. Collaborate with global partners to drive benefits enrollment.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven HR skills, including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to deliver HR programs addressing business issues.
- Experience using data to drive decision making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and documentation with discretion.
- Experience working collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Ability to influence and negotiate to secure stakeholder support for key initiatives.What We Offer:
