Job Description:This position is responsible for supporting the Program Management team across a number of processes and projects aimed at creating and delivering "must attend" content, programs, and experiences. Specifically, the Program Specialist will assist the Program team by creating, managing and improving the tools, processes and activities used to:

• Conduct market research; support advisory boards, and other customer insights channels in order to understand client needs
• Analyze various data on attendee or exhibitor profiles, behaviors, satisfaction trends etc.
• Create key documents and presentations
• Support team meetings
• Maintain and create content for team intranet site
• Identify and evaluate competitive events
• Innovate and test new conference experiences
• Collaborate with Conference stakeholdersThe Program Specialist will work on a variety of activities focused either on specific conferences, or across the whole conference portfolio.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Ability for fast learning, adaptation
  • Proven track record ideating and executing on a strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong ability to manipulate, analyze, interpret data to solve problems and drive decisions
  • Desire for global / multinational event experience
  • Good multi-project management, prioritization, time-management capacity

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
