We are seeking a talented Breakfast Cook to join our team at Bella's Cafe in New Haven, CT. If you have a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you! As a Breakfast Cook at Bella's Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items, including Italian Style French Toast and Shrimp and Grits. Your duties will include knife skills, plate presentation, broiling, saut--ing, and ensuring food quality and consistency. In addition to breakfast items, you will also be responsible for preparing, a la carte dishes, making sauces from scratch, practicing portion control, batch cooking, and ensuring the overall quality of our menu items.
