Join our growing team and help us ensure seamless payment processes while delivering exceptional service to our customers.What You'll Do As a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Lifeway Mobility receives timely payments from customers and funding sources. Your focus will be on managing aging accounts receivable, building strong relationships, and spearheading collections efforts to support our mission.Key Responsibilities - Oversee company-wide collections efforts, with a focus on specific locations as needed.
- Collaborate with General Managers, Operations Managers, and branch personnel to prioritize and resolve delayed accounts, such as those held up by punch list items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party payers, general contractors, and other funding sources.
- Develop and manage a network of private-pay collections agencies to handle aged consumer accounts after internal efforts are exhausted.
- Prepare and share accounts receivable aging reports with branch General Managers for regular operational reviews.
- Participate in meetings with branch teams to strategize and execute collection plans for outstanding balances.
- Provide regular updates to regional and executive management on collections progress and key metrics.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team.What You Bring
