General Job Responsibilities: - General lobby oversight, maintaining an appropriate rapport with building visitors and guests
- Reports to Lieutenant on duty
- Standing and greeting staff, visitors and guests according to company standards
- Maintaining ownership of the process of visitor management
- Interact with all visitors, guests and employees, showing genuine appreciation
- Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive information about the surrounding areas
- Promptly answer, record, and complete all visitor requests, questions, or concerns
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Enforcing safety procedures
- All other duties as directed.
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.Your background:
- At least 21 years of age older as by applicable or contractual requirements
- First Aid/CPR
- High School Diploma or GED; or associate or bachelor's degree in related field
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid DC Security Officer license
- Must be available to work all shifts, holidays, weekends, hold-over and on-call.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Approachable demeanor
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Easily and seamlessly provide superior customer service to multiple visitors at the same time
- Proactive and organized and prompt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with demanding clientele
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
