• Parking/transportation pre-tax programWhat we are looking for
  • 2-5 years of experience in Multifamily Residential or Commercial building design
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (professional degrees preferred)
  • Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, and creative
  • Strong skills in Revit
  • Excellent digital design skills, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong graphic and design talent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Valid work permit (USA)
  • This position is for either our Washington, DC or Richmond Virginia offices. 100% remote candidates will not be considered.What we prefer
    • Strong design skills in Lumion, Rhino and/or Enscape
    • LEED AP
