About the Role: We are looking for talented individuals who have demonstrated the initiative to apply finance fundamentals to financial challenges and successfully navigated ambiguity to solve problems and deliver results . In this role, you will partner with the Gore Accounting and Finance teams focused on a common goal . Ability to support the operating and financial plans required to achieve leaderships strategic plan . This position could be in one of our facilities in Newark, Delaware or Elkton, Maryland . There may be a possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business need. Pay and Benefits: - $68,000-$72,000 per year

Responsibilities: - Reconcile General Ledger Account Balances to the subsystems
- Record Transactional Journal Entries including reclasses, prepaids , and accruals
- Perform Month End Activities
- Perform General Ledger Analysis to identify exceptions or opportunities
- Assist in Year End Independent Financial Audit Activities
- Prepar e financial reports for review for internal customers
Required Qualifications: - B.S . students graduating December 2024 - August 2025 and majoring in one of the following: Finance, Accounting , or Business
- Demonstrated k nowledge of accounting concepts
- Demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills, including success working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to have a p ositive mindset, be passionate, and be good team player
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
