Type: Three month Contract/Temp-to-hire Pay: $17 to 19/hr. Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM Responsibilities of the role: --- Check in patients and manage wait time --- Assist patients with intake process --- Answer phones and schedule appointments --- Assist with coordination and processing all patient referrals --- Manage and sort faxes to appropriate staff members Must have qualifications/experience:

• High School or GED
• 2 years of customer care
