A company is looking for an Employee (Caregiver) Relations Consultant 2, responsible for addressing employee relations matters and ensuring adherence to HR policies.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations matters
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for workplace environment improvements
Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and support decision-making


Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level
5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire is preferred More...
