Seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to coordinate and administer basic accounting and clerical activities as well as prepare various accounting and related correspondence for a busy organization. In this position as a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing ledgers, payables, reports and related data, recording basic financial transactions and respond to requests and inquiries as directed by accountants or supervisor as well as assist other departments with accounting related questions and provide guidance and work on special projects as required throughout the company. For this Junior Accountant role you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience with demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills and strong working knowledge of PC systems is required.
