Repairs include, but not limited to:Leak checks (pressurized, electronics, visuals)Date and replace filtersEquipment/Coil cleaningsMotor/VFD replacementsCompressor/Coil replacementsMulti-Evaporator SystemsMetering devices/Misc. components replacementDuctwork and Air Ventilation repairsControl/EMS Systems repairsHeating elements/exchangers replacementMiscellaneous plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs (limited)Your dedication to top-notch customer service, adherence to safety protocols, and proficiency in a variety of technical tasks will be the key to your success in this role. Arrive at work well-groomed and follow the company dress code. Communicate frequently with the Service Coordinator/Admins and other office staff about scheduling and work-related issues. Uphold a commitment to excellence by meeting company-set productivity metrics, including first-time fixes, callbacks, and new leads. Embrace a proactive approach to enhance service and customer experience, thinking creatively and outside the box. After proper training, proficiency in documenting and recording repairs is expected. Communicate with maintenance partners and vendors regarding warranty repairs, ensuring all warranty-related processes are meticulously followed. Finally, be ready to grow along with our team! You are required to perform On-Call and standby duties on a rotating basis.
