VP of Learning Solutions and Training - up to 135k/year



Immediate need for a Vice President (VP) of Learning Solutions and Training for a growing and well-known organization in the Altamonte Springs area! This VP position is responsible for ensuring - through exceptional strategic thinking, planning, management, and coordination - that the company remains the global leader in providing internal auditing education to members, chapters, and other stakeholders in multiple delivery media. VP of Learning Solutions will direct and manage a multifaceted business unit responsible for generating 14M in revenue and controlling 11M in operating expenses annually. This Vice President will oversee the activities of staff and volunteers to plan, develop, and execute a wide variety of timely and relevant professional development opportunities worldwide while meeting challenging financial contribution objectives. Essential responsibilities will include: plan, develop, and implement educational strategies and programs, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring the performance of the Educational Programs business unit, collect business intelligence data and analyze industry trends, and oversee the full range of the clients overall education offerings including conferences, seminars, on-site training programs, and e-learning offerings, among other tasks. As a Vice President of Learning Solutions with this organization a bachelor?s degree or equivalent in management or other business-related field, with a master?s degree is preferred; plus seven to 10 years? related experience and/or training with at least three years? experience successfully managing the financial and operational performance of a large, complex business unit. Association management experience, preferably with a global organization, is required; internal auditing experience in a managerial capacity would be a plus.
