<span>Experience anywhere from 3 years and up is good. If someone’s green, they need to be very, very sharp. <br> <br>PowerShell is useful, as is any actual programming/scripting experience. If someone’s resume reflects a C# class in undergraduate, that’s not what I mean.<br> <br>As far as certs go, CCNA, CCNP, Network+… in any case, they need to have a greater than fundamental understanding of networks. The same is true of desktops and operating systems. <br> <br>The role is really a jack of all trades.
