Position: Production Manager (Food) Location: Lakeland, Florida area Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business
• At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Process Indicators (KPI)
• Manage Production Team, Production Schedules, and Workforce Labor Planning to achieve on-time Customer deliveries.
• Maintain Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Production Lines and Packaging Equipment
• Knowledge of AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
