A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with retirement plan regulations and prepare annual valuation and compliance reports
Support Plan Consultants in resolving operational and compliance issues related to qualified plans
Track job progress and assist with audits from DOL, IRS, and large plans


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
Experience with 5500 forms and employer calculations
5 years of prior ERISA experience in the retirement industry preferred
