Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with medication profiles and inquiries
Perform claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support onboarding of new patients


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
