• The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000

  • Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
  • Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
  • Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implanting the patient s care plan
  • 100% outpatient working in a primary care setting Requirements
    
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
