Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects and ensure alignment between business and technical architecture
Lead end-to-end solution design discussions and validate functional and technical requirements
Maintain project documentation and support transition from implementation to customer support


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of external consulting experience in business process analysis and SaaS project delivery
4+ years of experience in CLM or Contract Intelligence, with knowledge of Salesforce and SAP Ariba
3+ years of experience in scoping and selling Statements of Work (SOWs)
A recognized degree in computer science, legal (JD), or business administration
