Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional service
Coordinate post-sale client requests and provide actionable insights on campaign performance
Manage billing processes and create reports to support client renewals and campaign evaluations


Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Media Planning
BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
Understanding of interactive media planning and success metrics
