A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the eduCLIMBER team and enhance its educational technology platform.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders
Drive architecture initiatives for scaling the eduCLIMBER platform and collaborate with the Data Engineering team on integrations
Participate in an on-call rotation for operational support and contribute hands-on to the codebase


Required Qualifications

Experience managing teams of engineers
8+ years of experience developing APIs
4+ years of experience with AWS for application deployment and hosting
4+ years of experience with MySQL or equivalent RDBMS
