Key Responsibilities

Forecast call volume demand and manage staff scheduling based on analysis of historical and anticipated volume
Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy, including systems and process development
Manage and develop a team of workforce analysts to optimize resource utilization across client programs


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management in a sales delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
