A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to manage executive compensation and rewards programs.



Key Responsibilities

Administer the long-term incentive equity program, including equity allocation and off-cycle grants
Coordinate with legal, HR, and finance partners to maintain plan documentation and facilitate grant approvals
Develop and deliver communications and materials to enhance participant engagement and education


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of experience in compensation, human resources, or a related field
2+ years of experience administering equity-based programs, preferred
Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage industry, preferred
