A company is looking for a Patent Attorney/Patent Agent.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and prosecute global intellectual property portfolios for large molecule candidates and products
Conduct freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity analyses, along with risk evaluation and mitigation strategies
Maintain expertise in patent law and regulations, and identify strategic opportunities in IP management


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma intellectual property portfolio management
Experience in building global IP portfolios for large molecules at various prosecution stages
Advanced degree in a relevant field, with a Ph.D. highly desired
For attorneys, a JD and admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
