Ideal candidates must be Florida barred and must have experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies.Qualifications: - Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation.
- Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Must have excellent writing skills and be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice.
- Must have strong legal research skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision.
