Four (4) year degree with at least three (3) years of related work experience in one of the following areas, legal, contract management or procurement, required. J.D. preferred but not required.

Contract administration, document review and data entry experience along with the flexibility to work in a changing matrix environment under continuous deadline pressure with attention to detail.

Understanding of contract management and procurement/strategic sourcing, including contract terms and conditions.

Critical Skills:



Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple staff members throughout Florida Blue and the Corporate Procurement department in order to resolve questions discovered during contract review and data entry. This includes the ability to attend staff meetings and communicate via email / phone with team members, succinctly identifying issues and resolving questions as a part of the larger team in a timely manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to self-manage and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously.

Must have strong analytical skills and be adept with spreadsheet programs, having the ability to quickly master data collection and tracking, along with analyzing and understanding complex business issues.

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).



Preferred Skills

Knowledge of both services contracts, i.e. Master Agreements, Statements of Work and technology contracts, i.e. Software License Agreements, Application Service Provider Agreements in order to effectively review and enter data for these types of agreements.
