The attorney will handle cases where the firm represents property owners in flood insurance and other first-party insurance disputes. Job duties will include:

• Drafting pleadings and discovery documents. - - - -
• Taking and defending depositions. - - - -
• Attending mediations. - - - -
• Conducting trials. - - - -
• Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events - - - -
• Federal Court litigation experience is required.

  • Experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products; - - - -
  • Deposition and mediation experience; - - - -
