A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area (TA) Lead in Oncology.



Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement precision medicine strategies across the product lifecycle
Integrate stakeholder inputs to enhance asset value through biomarker target identification and patient stratification
Serve as a liaison between research and development to inform clinical translational considerations and reverse translational strategies


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience
MD & PhD preferred with 6+ years of industry and academic experience
Expertise in integrating multiple data sources for precision medicine approaches
Experience in translational research and advancing clinical candidates
