Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Coordinate and work closely with OPM managers to plan and meet operations and test milestones for Mk2 Lunar Vehicles.
- Forecast, establish, and maintain operations schedules, manpower and budgetary needs needs.
- Work with Program Planning and Controls to coordinate the operational build schedule into the Lunar Integrated Master Schedule.
- Work with manufacturing engineering to define and prioritize efforts leading to and supporting operations.
- Contribute to the annual and multi-year planning efforts for the overall group.
- Support upward reporting cadence and metrics as needed.
- Capture and report metrics to the Lunar Permanence business unit.Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. Business, Engineering, Physics, Operations Management, or similar.
- 6+ years' experience in the aerospace industry with engagement in program/project management and business management in a development and/or production environment.
- Experience with planning complex aerospace integrated assemblies.
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
- Aptitude for hands-on problem solving, with a passion for space systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Experience with Primavera, MS Project or Similar.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications
