This opportunity is for a HYBRID remote/in-office role. -
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with the managing attorneys and staff to support our clients in commercial and civil litigation cases. -Your responsibilities will include, among other things, legal research, legal drafting, assisting with case management and strategy, attending court hearings, depositions, and other case events, and assisting in legal discovery. -Experience with commercial litigation and familiarity with billing procedures is a bonus.
The candidate must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
